Summary of "Season 3 and a Half-ish - More R&S": The first set caused quite a stir when it was release with cut episodes, especially after sporting a large "Uncut" banner on the package. That banner is missing from the second set, which doesn't mean they episodes are cut, they're just being smarter by omitting something which could turn out to be wrong.
I commented on this in my review of the first set, but I don't find the show funny anymore. It was great when I was a kid, but now I find it a bit....annoying. This DVD set is a step down from the first one in terms of bonus material; just some commentary tracks and previews for other DVD releases. I guess they used all their material for the first set.
The final set, at least for the original show, has been announced for a September release. (read entire review)
Summary of "The 1st And 2nd Seasons - Not Uncut": Well, I learned something while watching this show; it was a better show when I was 14. I've obviously matured a great deal because I find the show a tad annoying now, and the jokes are a little less funny. I was never a fan of the close-up paintings of pimples and whatever else they decided to show, and I'm less of a fan now. I guess I outgrew the show.
It's too bad the set is marred by some cut episodes, but these things happen. Hard-core fans will have to decide if 27 uncut episodes make the set worth owning, or if 5 cut episodes will spoil it for them. I'd be very surprised if a fix were offered, so base your decision to buy the set with what you know now, not what may occur later. (read entire review)
