It's been seven-and-a-half months since we
last updated you about MPI Home Video's planned release of
Van Dyke and Company - The Complete Series, and it's been two-and-a-half years since we
first alerted you about the title! Now at long last we finally have a release date for this item, with 5 discs covering the entire run of Dick van Dyke's 1976 show that featured Andy Kaufman and included the producing/writing talents of Allan Blye, Pat Proft, Bob Einstein and Don Novello. According to
Amazon's pre-order listing, this is scheduled for
September 25th and priced at $24.98 SRP. We're grateful to reader Paul Bruker for pointing that entry out to us. Box art and other details aren't available just yet, but stay tuned!
