The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries - Warner Preparing Season Sets for this 1995 Mystery-Solving Series **UPDATE: BOX ART & RELEASE DATE**


First season set looking like we'll get it in September

Warner Home Video has given the heads-up that 1995's Kids WB series The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries - Season 1 will be coming to DVD. An exact release date hasn't been provided yet, but indications are that we'll see it around early September, give or take. The show starred the voices of Joe Alaskey (Out of this World), June Foray (Rocky & Bullwinkle), Frank Welker (Transformers) and Jim Cummings (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).

Join Sylvester, Tweety, Granny and Hector the Dog as they head around the world and solve the capers: the first 13-episode collection will cost $19.97 SRP. Stay tuned for cover art and further details, and be on the lookout for word about the second season of this show on DVD...apparently it's already in the works, too!



UPDATE: Warner has now delivered an e-announcement confirming the info listed above, and providing the exact release date of September 9th for this 2-disc set. The announcement included the package art shown below:
