We've
previously reported that
Survivor: Africa, the 3rd season of the popular reality show, is coming to DVD from Amazon via their CreateSpace manufacture-on-demand (MOD) program. We had all the details of that release for you last time, with one exception: the release date! Amazon hadn't made that info available at the time, but now the big e-tailer has updated their listing to show that it will begin shipping on
September 28th. Our thanks to reader Patrick Gilchriest for tipping us off about the update there.
The same situation has existed with
Survivor: Marquesas, the program's fourth season, but Amazon's
pre-order listing for it continues not to show any date...at least as of this writing. It only says, "
This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives." However, the odds are high that
Survivor: Marquesas will end up becoming available on the same day as
Survivor: Africa, or else very quickly afterward. Stay tuned for updates on that!
