Stingray - New Release Date Finally Given for Stingray - The Complete Series

Back in February we let you know that Toronto-based VEI's release of Stingray - The Complete Series wouldn't happen that month, as planned, but would be delayed until the March/April timeframe. This morning we've gotten reports from a couple of readers (our thanks to Frank and to Anthony) that a Stephen J. Cannell e-newsletter, the "Cannell Courier", came in overnight and said that the release would be generally available on April 1st.
Another reader, longtime site friend Aryn Leroux, recently told us that he had gotten his copy of Stingray from VEI around the middle of March. He said the release was "of the same quality as the Hardcastle and Riptide sets."
The Amazon.com listing (USA branch) shows that the release date is Feb. 19th, while Amazon.ca listing (Canada branch) shows March 18th instead. Both branches say the item is "Temporarily out of stock. Order now and we'll deliver when available." For either one, it looks like you can place your order and expect it to ship in about a week!
