Amazon has another one day sale (which means TODAY ONLY), this time for seasons 1-9 of Stargate SG-1. The 9 season sets are just $165.99 (63% off), and are in limited supply. You'll still have to buy season 10 to round out your collection, and unfortunately you'll miss out on the 4 bonus discs that are coming with the complete series. It may be a bit early to think about Christmas, but this would be a great present for someone.
