According to a post at
SG1Archive.com, MGM will be releasing season 3 of Stargate SG-1 June, 2003 and season 4 in September, 2003. With the huge break between seasons 1 and 2, we're happy to see seasons 3 and 4 released closer together. Thanks to Philippe Nicol for sending us this information.
