Stargate: Atlantis fans have
known since March to expect a Season 1 release of the show in November. Now Adam Mcgaughey's fansite, www.SG1Archive.com, is
telling everyone that we can expect this release in Region 1 (USA and Canada) on
November 15th.
Furthermore, Adam has
posted at the Home Theater Forum further information, to the effect that it will be a 5-DVD set running 873 minutes, and costing $59.95 SRP.
Sony/MGM's formal announcement date for this release isn't until September 5th...that's the earliest day they will begin talking about
Stargate: Atlantis - Season 1 officially. Anything prior to that is subject to change, of course. Stay tuned and we'll bring you additional studio information about this, and cover art, on or after that time.
