Make it so. The
industry rumors we passed along in early May have come true: this morning Paramount Home Entertainment has formally announced
Star Trek: The Next Generation - The Complete Series. This is clearly meant to be a different kind of package than the "
seven separate sets shrinkwrapped together" item that's been on the market for almost three years now.
But the studio hasn't given us any details yet as to what will be different about this new release. Nor do we even have any pricing for you. However, we do have a date!
October 2nd is the official release date, a bit later than we had first heard about. But that's fine...it is a good day to buy DVDs, Duras. Stay tuned; our long-range sensors are set to find out more info, and dig up some packaging art. We'll warp it to you just as soon as we can!
