Star Trek: The Next Generation - Season One news!

That's right, Paramount Home Entertainment has posted all the news about Star Trek: The Next Generation Season One on StarTrek.com. Season One will be released on March 28th as a 7 disc set and the other seasons will follow with releases every other month (May, July, September, November, January, March are my guesses). Quite different from the release dates of the original series. Included with the 26 episodes from the first season are: "The Beginning" (focusing on the challenges of creating a new Star Trek series), "Selected Crew Analysis" featuring cast members talking about their roles, "The Making of a Legend" - commentary from first-season production staff members and "Memorable Missions" where cast and crew discuss some of the episodes. The show will be presented in full frame and include Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo. They're also closed captioned and will contain english subtitles. What a release from Paramount!
