Video Store Magazine's 3/9-3/15 issue has a front-page article, "Burrows Upped At Paramount". In it they talk to and about Meagan Burrows, formerly Exec. VP of sales and marketing, who has newly been promoted to the role of Paramount Home Entertainment's domestic President.
In discussing some of the projects that will be overseen on her watch, Ms. Burrows stated, "Not only do we have a vast TV library and an incredible schedule for 2003 with 'Cheers,' 'Frasier,' 'CSI,' 'Soul Food' and 'Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,' we also have a tremendous year ahead."
All of the other television titles Ms. Burrows named were already known to be coming, and soon. However, fans of Showtimes "Soul Food" series will be glad to know that Paramount has something on tap for them, too...perhaps not too long after the fourth season ends this summer? Stay tuned.
