After this past December's release of
Sonic Underground - Volume 1, fans have routinely asked "where is the 2nd Volume?" Over at the Shout! Factory message boards, DVD Producer Brian Ward has
talked about what the plans are for that follow-up release.
He says that they're currently working on
Sonic Underground - Volume 2, and that the production masters could possibly be ready by the end of this month. Expect it in stores around
mid-June, Ward says. The remaining 20 episodes in the show's run will be on there, along with another edition of the Music Video Jukebox, and another music CD bonus disc as well. The box art hasn't been revealed yet, but Ward says that "
The packaging is looking pretty amazing, a nice contrast to the primarily black and white packaging from the first set. I think you guys will like it a lot."
