reported that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is preparing a
June 3rd release of
Get Smart - The Complete Series (1995), starring Don Adams, Barbara Feldon, Andy Dick and Elaine Hendrix. Now Sony has officially announced the release, confirming it will have all 7 episodes produced for the show's run on the Fox Network, including the return of Bernie Kopell as "Siegfried" (and a hilarious bit of a jab at
The Love Boat in the process!).
Cost is $19.95 SRP for a single disc running 158 minutes. Video is full frame, and audio is in English Mono, Spanish Mono and Portuguese Mono. Subtitles are going to be English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Sony's info doesn't mention any extras, but the latest print issue of trade magazine
Video Business reports that there will be some bonus "webisodes" (significantly shortened episodes of other Sony-owned TV shows) included. Here is the studio description and the package art:
