This past Wednesday our friends at Shout! Factory
posted about a contest at their Facebook fan page. The contest is about how YOUR personally-made artwork, celebrating the
Small Wonder TV series, could end up as part of the bonus materials on their upcoming DVD release for
Small Wonder - The Complete 1st Season. We've
reported that this set comes on in
February, but Shout! hasn't announced a street date yet.
However, their contest is about collecting fan art to include in a photo gallery on this release, as an extra. The winner gets a free copy of the first season set, and all winners and runners-up get included on the gallery. They actually began the contest a couple of weeks ago, and the deadline is 11/11/09, at 11:11 AM (we presume in the Pacific time zone, since that's where Shout! is at, but this isn't entirely clear). One other item included at that Facebook post for the contest is what we can only assume is the front cover art for the DVD set! We've got a large look at it for you below, but please keep in mind that it may not be finished yet, and could be subject to possible change. And stay tuned in any case, because we'll bring you all the finalized details about this highly anticipated release, just as soon as we can!
