The Real McCoys: Complete Season 2

Happy-go-Lucky Family's Hilarious Antics in
Sunny 'Cal-i-for-ni-ay' Continue in Season #2
of one of the Top Comedies of the '50s & '60s

Season #2 Available on DVD for the First Time Ever Oct. 30th

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 1, 2007 - Enjoying a six-year network run from 1957 to 1963, The Real McCoys followed the uproarious escapades of a quirky West Virginia family who relocates to sunny "Cal-i-for-ni-ay" to become dirt farmers.

The top-rated show entertained families across America, successfully paving the way for such other rural comedies as Petticoat Junction, Green Acres, The Beverly Hillbillies and Gomer Pyle.

You can now own all 39 episodes of the second season of this classic TV sitcom - digitally remastered for unparalleled picture and audio quality – in this five-disc DVD collector's set, The Real McCoys: Complete Season 2, in stores Oct. 30th from Infinity Entertainment and Falcon Picture Group. And look for four more seasons of The Real McCoys coming to DVD soon! (The Real McCoys: Complete Season 1 is now available).

The focal point of the action centered on Grampa Amos McCoy, a porch-rockin', gol-darnin', consarnin' old codger with a wheezy voice (played to perfection by three-time Academy Award-winner Walter Brennan) who loved to meddle in other people's affairs – neighbors and family alike. His kin included grandson Luke (Richard Crenna) and his new bride Kate (Kathy Nolan), Luke's teenage sister "Aunt" Hassie (Lydia Reed) and 11-year-old brother Little Luke (Michael Winkleman).

Rounding out the cast were the musically inclined farm hand Pepino (Tony Martinez), George MacMichael (Andy Clyde), their argumentative neighbor, and George's spinster sister Flora (Madge Blake), who had eyes for Grampa but alas, it was not meant to be.
