Since 2004, Fox Home Entertainment has been releasing single-disc DVDs of R.L. Stine's
Goosebumps, with each title carrying 3 episodes of the classic kids' show. This year Fox is doing something a bit different: on
September 11th, just in time for Halloween, they will be releasing a trio of 2-disc sets. This isn't new-to-DVD material, however: each one is a pair of discs previously made available to stores sometime between 2008 and 2011. Here are the titles:
- Goosebumps - Double Feature: The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight / A Night in Terror Tower
- Goosebumps - Double Feature: The Headless Ghost / Ghost Beach
- Goosebumps - Double Feature: One Day at HorrorLand / Go Eat Worms!
Each of these three "Spookpack" releases are priced at $14.98 SRP in the USA and CA$16.95 SRP in Canada. Contents and specs are the same as the previous single-disc releases, but box art is a bit different. Here's a look at the three packages:
