Flashpoint - 'The 3rd Season' is Coming to DVD in the USA in a Couple of Months!
4-disc set, with unnamed bonus material, will be out in mid-May

Returning to DVD with THE THIRD SEASON, FLASHPOINT is a drama which depicts the emotional journey into the tough, risk-filled lives of a group of cops in the SRU (inspired by Toronto's Emergency Task Force). It's a unique unit that rescues hostages, busts gangs, defuses bombs, climbs the sides of buildings and talks down suicidal teens. Members of a highly-skilled tactical team, they're also trained in negotiating, profiling and getting inside the suspect's head to diffuse the situation to try and save lives.
Fans in the United States can look forward to a May 17th DVD release of Flashpoint - The 3rd Season, a date which was announced today by CBS/Paramount. The 4-disc set includes all 16 episodes, presented in anamorphic widescreen video and English 5.1 audio, plus English subtitles. Extras will be included, but neither they nor pricing have been revealed so far. Nor do we have info from Phase 4 Films about the Canadian version of this release yet, but stay tuned for that!
