reported that Mill Creek Entertainment had picked up the license to the classic 1983
Dungeons & Dragons Saturday morning cartoon series. Now the Amazon listings for both
Dungeons & Dragons - The Beginning and
Dungeons & Dragons - The Animated Series (with all 27 episodes) have been updated with cover art for each, and we've got a look at them for you below. Both are available on
August 25th, and the cover of the single-disc "
The Beginning" release shows it will be 9 episodes, not the eight we originally reported:
