Early this month we reported that the @ClassicDW account on Twitter had posted word that the first classic Doctor Who DVD title of 2011 for North America would be the 4th Doctor (Tom Baker) serial Doctor Who - Story #111: Meglos. An early look at the box cover was available at the time, too, but the exact street date, cost and extras were not. However, today the title was officially announced by distributor Warner Home Video and the BBC, confirming that Meglos will indeed make it out right after new years. The exact street date is confirmed with both studios to be January 11th, and that title won't be alone, either: BBC/Warner has also today announced that the 2nd Doctor (Patrick Troughton) serial Doctor Who - Story #044: The Dominators will be available on the same date!
