Last week Showtime/Paramount
officially announced Dexter - The Complete 2nd Season for DVD release on
August 19th. We didn't have info at the time about bonus material for this 4-disc set, but now retailers have passed along info about the extras which will accompany this 12-episode collection:

- Via E-Bridge Technology:
- Podcasts from Dexter Season 2
- An interview with star Michael C. Hall
- And more!
Package art hasn't been finalized yet, but below you'll see the temp art sent to retailers. The key art for this is the same as used on Showtime's second season ads and posters (as currently seen at Amazon's pre-order listing, which we link to below). However, it's not a sure thing yet that this is what the final DVD package will look like (some retailers might cringe at the thought of putting it on their shelves, after all). Stay tuned and we'll bring you the final box design just as soon as the studio makes it available!
