promised yesterday, Warner Bros has worked out a way for consumers to receive the 3D episode and glasses you may have been missing from your copy of
Chuck: The Complete Second Season . Information from the studio follows:
For any consumer who pre-ordered Chuck: The Complete Second Season on DVD or Blu-ray (or who purchases on or before 1/19/10) and did not (or does not) receive the limited-edition 3D glasses and bonus 3D episode, please fill out the form located at:

and a Warner Bros. associate will facilitate replacing the purchased product. Thank you, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.
It's nice to see the studio jump on this right away, and we suggest anyone who didn't receive the 3D episode and glasses contact Warner ASAP. If you haven't already purchased the set, and you want the 3D episode, you should hurry out and pick it up right away.
