This past October saw Warner Home Video's DVD release of
Peanuts: 1970's Collection, Volume 1, featuring half of the specials that aired during "The Me Decade." Now Warner has announced that
June 1st will see the other six specials which aired during that decade!
Peanuts: 1970's Collection, Volume 2 will include:
- Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown
- You're a Good Sport, Charlie Brown
- It's Arbor Day, Charlie Brown
- It's Your First Kiss, Charlie Brown
- What a Nightmare, Charlie Brown!
- You're the Greatest, Charlie Brown
All of that comes in one package, on 2 discs (150 minutes), for $29.98 SRP. Bear in mind that
What a Nightmare, Charlie Brown! is making its DVD debut in this set, and has never been available on disc before. It, like the others, are completely remastered. Also new to this set is the Bonus Featurette, "You're Groovy, Charlie Brown: A Look at
Peanuts In the '70s." Note that this release includes English subtitles. Check out
