The Borgias - Canadians to Get a 'Season 2: Uncut Edition' DVD Release in Just a Few Weeks
Phase 4 to release a 3-disc set in early September, but appear to be skipping a Blu version this time

Phase 4 Films has announced that for Canadians they are planning a release date of September 4th for The Borgias - Season 2: Uncut Edition. Unlike the first season set release that occurred up north, there is no Blu-ray version announced this time: it will be available on DVD only. Cost is CA$74.99 SRP for a 3-disc set running 517 minutes. Jeremy Irons stars in 10 episodes which airs in Canada on both the Bravo! and on CTV (in the USA, it airs on Showtime and the home video rights are therefore owned by Paramount Home Entertainment; no State-side announcement for this season has come forward thus far). Phase 4 will include bonus material in the form of Promo Reels, Alternate Trailers, Cast and Crew Interviews, Behind the Scenes Featurettes, and Bloopers.
