This past Friday we
brought you the disc-by-disc breakdown of bonus content for the
Blu-ray Disc version (20 discs) and
DVD version (25 discs) of
Battlestar Galactica - The Complete Series, which are both available day-and-date on
July 28th.
Also coming out the very same day is
Battlestar Galactica - Season 4.5 on both
BD (3 discs) and
DVD (4 discs). We've already brought you pictures of the packaging for the DVD versions of both
Season 4.5 and
The Complete Series. Now we've got some new pictures for you!
This afternoon Universal Studios Home Entertainment has released a look at the trade ad that they'll be using to convince retailers to carry these titles. It provides our first look at the Blu-ray Disc version of the
Season 4.5 packaging, No major difference here, though, other than the BD logo along the top. The other interesting thing in the trade ad is a "beauty shot" of the contents of
The Complete Series package...both discs and the bonus Cylon Centurian action figure! You can see that in the trade ad at the bottom, but the studio has also provided a separate image of only the beauty shot itself. Here's a look at both; enjoy!
