- We do not own the rights to release any TV show on DVD
- We only report and list region 1 (North America) DVDs. Please don't ask us when a show is coming to the UK, or Australia - we don't know.
- Before you email us check the news by show and DVD releases areas first. Chances are your questions will be answered there.
- Search the site - we have a search page now, please use it to search for information before emailing us.
- If there aren't any news items or DVDs listed, chances are we don't have an answer for your question. You're free to ask it, but expect an answer like, "Sorry, we don't know when _____ is coming out."
- We are a region 1 website - please don't send us news about DVDs being released in Europe, Japan or Australia
40% of the emails we receive are from people who haven't looked on the site before asking the question. Please, please, please look on the site before you email us. If you ask a question that's covered with one of the 7 bullets above, expect a very short response.
